AURO Pharmaceuticals Inc. ( AURO ) is the Holding company of Central Drugs and Compounding Pharmacy ( CDCP ). Currently, AURO has acquired additional facilities, expanding and upgrading existing CDCP drug manufacturing capacity. Furthermore, AURO will upgrade existing PCAB license  to US FDA DRUG MANUFACTURER license. US FDA DRUG MANUFACTURER license is the utmost drug manufacturing license offered by US FDA.

美国欧若制药公司正在扩建中央配方制药公司现有制药生产设备。2015年秋季将获得美国FDA授予的制药认证。届时，现有中央配方制药制造的产品将改名为美国欧若制药公司生产。FDA制药认证是美国制药界由美国FDA经过最严格检验程序批准的生产许可证。

CDCP与成都卓阳生物科技有限公司签订合约，共同研发产品及开发全中国市场，卓阳公司陶继善博士直接参与首博尔谷胱甘肽靓肤凝胶透皮剂的研发及制造，也是中国专利的共同持有人之一。
